SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our delivery estimates vary depending on current workload, but in general we ship within 15 business days from the date of purchase. Shipping is calculated at check out.
RETURNS
Due to the made to order and custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns after the item has shipped. We still stand behind our work 100% so if something is wrong with the product we'll repair or replace it. If you just had a bad day at the haunt and something bad happened, like a giant tear we'll still help you out within reason.
